Choose an available payment method at checkout. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

From selection to delivery

1. Browse the device range

Open the Products page and compare capacity, flavor options, battery and charging. Product pages list the exact specifications and available variants.

2. Add to cart

Choose flavor, strength and quantity, then add the item to your cart. You can review the cart before checkout.

3. Checkout and delivery

Enter a delivery address in a supported EU country. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Available payment methods are shown before you confirm.

4. After payment

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Tracking is emailed once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Keep your order number for support.
