Countries we ship to
We ship to 24 European countries. Disposable vape devices are restricted or banned in some markets — please confirm your local rules before ordering; we cannot deliver where the product is prohibited.
Customs and duties
Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark an order as a gift.
Returns and refunds
Unopened devices can be returned within 30 days of delivery (EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal). Contact us with your order number first; refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive the parcel.
